PRIVACY POLICY

Documents and storage
It has always been our priority to protect all of our client’s data both electronic and paper.

All our internal systems meet the standard requirements and your data/information is stored and backed up securely within the UK.

All confidential documents are normally sent by secure post.  If sent by email we use encryption software and password protected documents.

Information Retained
The information retained by us is provided by you and includes include the following:

  • Name, date of birth, marital status.
  • Address, e-mail address and telephone numbers.
  • The above information is a requirement in order for us to perform work requested and nothing more.
  • We need to make you aware that under the GDPR rules, you are permitted to request us to remove your data from our system.
  • There is a requirement for us to retain records for up to 6 years. There may be other legal reasons/circumstances that require us to retain the data. You can appreciate this is in your best interest.

Data to third parties
We must stress that none of your data is ever sold on to a third party. The only time your information is provided to a third party is when you grant us authorisation to do so, in order to complete any work that you require of us.
